My LC was approved June 2006 and the I-140 is expected to be approved by September 2006. My H1-B should be extended for 3 years next July 2007. My question is that: Can I leave my current company and ask them to keep my current GC process going (I-485 under EB-3) while working for another employer under extended H-1 B? Can the second employer submit another petition for PERM, I-140, and I-485 on my behalf under EB-2 (because I have BS + 5 years of experiences by end of this year)? Would that be a problem to have two "GC" processes pending under the different employers for me?
