GC process advice

I need advice/suggestion.

I got laid off from Oracle during 2001. I got my H1 done thru another employer. There is gap for 3 months in between. Will this be a problem
for my GC ?

Check your "Oracle - H1B (last one)" case status information through online, you may notice when CIS revoked your H1B.....

I am not sure it's going to help you out much, but gives more information, and you can compare with a new employer Receipt date...
