From the face of it, it looks like there is some problem in my GC processing. I have 2.5 years remaining on my H1. My wife has 4.5 years on her H1. Is it possible for me to transfer from H1 to F1/H4 or some other visa after 2.5 years (when my h1 expires). What visa can I get so that I continue working ?
