You should inquire.
After 60 days of PP stamping you can inquire (that's what the Website says). Start with a phone call but see the second url for other things you can do.

"If you were granted permanent resident status or entered the U.S. with an immigrant visa more than 60 days ago and have not received your first permanent resident card, please call 1-800-375-5283"
In the I485 California group, there is a Plastic Card Thread and some people have discussed this.
