GC pending for Spouse

Hi All,
My 485 prioriy date was Sep 2003 and my GC got approved in Feb 05. I got married last december and filed 485 for my wife by Jan 2005. Anyone has idea like how long it will take for this kind of cases.
My other questions is, while I am waiting for my spouse GC, can I switch over my job to a new employer?
