Question:
Can I apply passport to my minor son with I-485 pending for already 3 years?
He was born outside US and have a valid V-3 Visa staying in US for more than 5 years. I obtained my citizenship lately.
Will the passport appllication center would approve his requirement if his GC application is pending for 3 years and already have an A number?
I am US citizen and CCA says even non immigrat child could be citizen by law.
