Has anyone encountered a situation like this: both parents received their GCs last year and still have about 4 years left to apply for citizenship. Their son is over 21, unmarried. Can they file any kind of petition for him? He is currently in the US. If there is a way to file for him by his parents, will he be able to stay here legally and may be work? Any input is appreciated.
