gc ordered but online status reads - pending

so finally my case got approved , and I went to the immigration monday and they told me that they had ordered my card , I am checking my status on line and it still says pending , is this normal
 
Yes, from what other people I know have told me, that is completely normal. I think it will stop pending once the it will be ready...
 
I found the online status absolutely useless. It never updated after the check was cashed, and I'm now a citizen.
 
Maybe the online status is entered manually by hand? They may have missed or forgot to enter some ppl's updated status. The reason I am saying this is that if it's tied to their database and update automatically, some hackers may find a way to hack into their database.
 
Yep. The online status is completely useless.
According to my status, my AOS case has been received and pending.
They failed to update its transfer to CSC, welcome letter delivery and Green Card delivery.
