Hi
I m having a question related to labour transfer. Currently i m on B1 in my parent company..and company has filled my H1 luckly my application got approved from the lottery this year. My current Employer is having some labour.As i got the information that from next month onwards the transfer of labour will not be possible. So was just curious that is it possible to use the same labour for me while i m on B1 i iwll come back on H1 in some time ard Nov this year.So i need help what should i do i think my current employer will not have an issue with transfer labour on my name or what so ever bcz i dont know about the technical terms. Help me for the same..
