I am engaged to an Indian based in US. I am in India. I was supposed to join him in US on an F1 visa. But recently he got his green card approved. Can i still come to US on my F1 visa and marry him? If i do so, is their any breach of contract.
If i enter US on an H1 visa, would it be simplier and better to marry him? Do i need to maintian my own status to be in US till the time my green card is approved or can i be their as a his dependent just in case if i am out of my H1 status anytime?
