I have been employed by a consulting company for the past three years. My green card process started in 8/2001. Unfortunately, the law firm that my company uses, put a wrong (very high) salary on my labor certification and got it approved. Now they say that the only rectification is to file a NEW labor certification altogether. Please advise, is this the only solution?
Also, I have been hearing rumors, that the labor certification process is under automation, which will expedite the process, to with in a couple of months! Is there any reality to it? If so can you please spare a few details....
