GC is still pending!!!

I applied for GC for my mom in San Jose CA in September, she did the fingerprint last October 7th, then her online status becomes pending since then, no any further information. I saw many September cases have been approved now. What should I do, can I request a service request to local INS office? Or just keep waiting?

You can probably just call USCIS and find out what the status is, sometimes you get interview letter without having any updates online at all.
