GC Interview

Hi,

Does anyone know if interview is mandatory for USC spouse AOS application?

Will USCIS interview the couple together or only the AOS applicant?

in 99.9% of the cases the couple is interviewed.

A crying baby won't be a problem, I'm sure they see them every day! You will definitely need an interview in order to be approved for your GC.

That is a divided opinion in this forum. So officers may have a problem, some may not.

I'd rather find someone to baby sit for me.
