GC interview tomorrow in Denver

I know all should go well, my husband and I have been together 2 years (today in fact) and married for 4 months, and know one another pretty much as well as we know ourselves.

Despite this, I am incredibly nervous, as well as a little sad that I will no longer officially be living in England whilst "working abroad" if that makes sense. I feel as though I am turning my back on my old life. Goodness me, if I feel that way now, imagine how I will feel if I ever apply for citizenship!!!

Anyway, does anyone have any tips or advice for the interview tomorrow?

Firstly...

have a nice cup of tea !!! :-)

Secondly, congratulations !!! Looking at your timeline..things have proceeded at warp speed for your app, that is incredible.

You should do good....relax and enjoy the 15 mins of fame in the IO's office ! :D

I agree - I can not believe that I only put the application in 2 months ago. I am such a worrier that I am sure something is gonna go wrong because it has all been too easy - LOL

Most likely you will get stuck in name check, like 1000 others. Sorry to break your good mood. These days you do not know if it is great that your interview date is quick or better to wait like me 10 months and be sure about the name check...

from what i have read....

...interviews for apps sent after jan 3rd 2007 only happen if name chek has cleared. poople pls let us know what happens tomorrow, hope for the best !

Experts, correct me if I have sinned.

Best wishes....

HI:

Don't be nervous or look uncomfortable, because it can raise suspicion with the Almight Officer.... I wish you success and hope that your case is approved and you will have a good night...:)

Don't be dejected by having your name stuck in the FBI ass, because you might be fortunate that your name was cleared a long time ago....:D

I am not to worried about name check - if my name has not been cleaerd the wait does not bother me. I seriously never expected my GC so fast, and so long as I can leave the country (I applied for AP) and work (also applied for EAD) I am content.

Thanks for all the well wishes. I will post tomorrow to let you all know how it went.
