Entered on P3 visa in 2004 but stayed in the US even after expiration. I have found Mr. Right and we recently got married and he is a citizen. We filed in November 2010 filed AOS after being here out of status for 5 years. I do have an SSN and have held a job for the entire time even though I am not in status. Will working out of status affect my chances of being approved? Also, I have a 12 year old who was filed for as well and her interview is the same day. Are minors questioned as well? My interview date in in late March in FL. Thanks!
