A little over two weeks ago my wife and I went to our greencard interview (marriage based I-485). Our interviewer was a bit rude, but we had all of our paperwork neatly organized, so we were able to provide him with everything he needed and answer all of his questions. He took my wife's I-94 after explaining that the piece of paper was government property and we had no right to keep it. Then he went to make copies of our passports and came back and said that he needed to look up about my wife's employment based I-485 before making a decision. He said he would do that in a few days and call us if he had any questions.
We have not heard anything. It seems like he will approve it, but we don't know how long we should expect to wait or what the status is.
