My employer's head office is in NJ. They filed my GC Labor in Philadelpia in April 2003. In September 2003, the employer informed me that my Labor at State is approved and it is in Federal.
Now couple of weeks ago the employer informed me that my GC has been cancelled. The reason they say is, there is a new rule that any Labor's filed in a processing center where the employer's head office is not present will be cancelled or rejected.
The employer promised they would move their office to Philadelpia and re-file my case. But now I heard they moved to NY. I am not sure what is going on.
Can someone let me know if there is something fishy in this deal.
