I am Canadian and holding US GC. Able to apply US citizenship in April 2010. I have a job offer to work in Canada starting March 2009. My husband and I will plan to live on the border of US side and I will cross the border to Canada to work during the week and come back on weekends. I will also rent an apartment in Canada and stay there when I am working there. My child will come with me and attend the school in Canada when I work there. Is this allowed me to apply US citizenship next year?
