GC holder wants to marry a Canadian citizen

I have GC issued in 2007. I can apply for citizenship in mid 2012.

I want to marry a Canadian citizen, and want to live with her in the USA (where I live and owrk). Is it possible? What are the issues involved?

Off course, I need to get her medical insurance, etc while she stays with me.

I am in a similar boat . someone suggested that she can stay in US for 6mths durations and commute back and forth. Once you get citizenship you can sponsor her . but during the sponsorhip duration she might not be able to stay in US . Another alternative will be to have her stay in US on F1 . Not sure . Look forward to what others might suggest
