GC holder sponser spouse for GC - I130 & I485 together

I am a GC holder for 2 years now. My spouse is already in US on a valid visa (F1) for the last 1+ years. Want to sponser my spouse for GC. Can I apply I130 and I485 at the same time.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
As per my knowledge, that option is available only to US citizens for immediate relatives only..

In your case, yuo will have to go for I-130 approval and then I-485 later..
