Hi , I am a green card holder since 1 year. I am planning to get engaged to a girl who resides in India and then marry. She doesnt have any kind of US visa yet. She has a MCOM degree from India. She is not working. I have heard that it takes 4-5 years if I file a green card petition for her after we marry. But is there any other way she can come to US and stay with me other than H1 / L1 ? Thank you.

The only way she can move over is if she qualifies for a visa on her own merit (such as the ones you have mentioned). She can of course apply for a visitors visa, and if she is successful she can use that to visit you, though she wont be able to move to the US on this visa (she will need to return as per the alloted visit time granted at POE).

If she can get a visitor visa on her own then haver her get the visitor visa prior to getting married. She'll then able to use the vistor visa to visit you. I believe it's a 10 year multiple visa but I don't know about what is the duration for india. If you get married then trying to apply for a visitor visa, it will be much harder to convince them that you are just visiting.

staying here after entering as a visitor? sure...she can staying here illegally if she wanted to but will be risk of getting deported unless you are about to get US citizenship and you can file AOS here, but based on your post, you just had GC for 1 year. So this route is not a good idea because she'll be staying here illegally for at least 5 more years mind as well just wait at India and get GC via conseular processing.
