My family lived with me US for 4 years on H4 visa for 4 years (1998 to 2002). after that they went back to India for good so that our kids have their education in Indai. Visitor visa for my wife and 2 kids was rejected this year (Feb 2004). At that time my GC was in process. The reason the office gave for the rejection verbally is that I did not yet get my GC. Now I have my GC. We are trying our luck again next year (Jan 2005). My family will spend 2 months here and go back. Could any body has this experience? What are their chances of getting the VISA this time? Any thoughts or suggestions would be highly appreciated.
