I am a GC Holder since Nov 07th 2002 , i am planning to get married in few months, is there any way i can bring my wife here, she does not have a good education , so H1b is not an option for me neither is Visitor ( since getting visiting visa is tough ). what are my options ??

Also how long will it take to get a citizenship once i apply for it, i am in Florida
and how long will it take for my wife GC if i apply once i become a citizen.

thanks a lot.

Not knowing how long 'few months' are in your timeline and going by the information you have provided here (and your other post) here are some options available to you after your marriage:

  1. Immediately after marriage: Try to get her on B1 (remote chance of getting the visa once DoS finds out about the marriage) - Not recommended
  2. July 2007: If your wife qualifies, get try to take an academic route as this is the time to take exams and soon apply of Universities and Get F1 for Fall Semester - The best option
  3. Aug. 2008: Since you can apply for Citizenship this year in Aug 07, you may get Citizenship in April - May next year, you can file for her immigration petition and she can be here next year in Aug 08 - The sure shot option
  4. Aug. 2008 (Green Card option): As a GC holder, you can even file for her immigration petition now (which by currently timeline is taking 6 years for approval), and once you get your Citizenship, you can upgrade her petition by filing I-130 and after that option three above continues.

In a Nutshell: Looking at everything above (going with the information you have provided so far), it appears the best option for you guys might be Option 2, i.e. F1, but its not 100% guaranteed to work, but its there. Hope this helps.

PS: Not sure whey you are doing multiple posts if this was already answered by TheRealCanadian? ...... http://boards.immigrationportal.com/showthread.php?t=247363

thanks, i think option 3 is better

Yeah, its a sure shot option for sure, there are two related aspects:
a) There is about 5% of getting stuck in the Name Check process which might delay the Citizenship process
b) Get ready for frequent trips back home and some heft long distance phone charges :)

Good luck to you.....
