GC Holder-Dependent question

Hello Gurus,

I've received my GC approval about 3 month's back, but my wife's case is still pending. Due to financial difficulties at my current company I was planning on switching jobs. If I switch jobs, does that have any negative impact on my wife's I-485 approval? Please share your thoughts.
