GC - future employment

hi,
can anyone tell me how the future employment based GC works.

1. Should we have to work for the sponsored company during 485 stage.

2. At what stage should I be employed with the sponsored company.

3. Can i go for CP without ever working for the company.

I-485 is for future employer........so you do not need to work for them during the adjustment period

The day you get your GC...otherwise BCIS may view it as a fraud

Theoretically, what Jaic said is correct. But if you work for your sponsoring company for at least few months then you will have a stronger case (or if the company is very big then it is probably okay).

I think it would be very risky to go for CP with out working for your sponsoring company.
