I have a friend who won a GC in the lottery this year. He is not sure about one thing though. Few years ago, while on F-1 (still is) he got permission to work, from INS. But then, he found another job, since he moved (had to change college) and this job is not exactly on the INS list. I mean, he never applied for another permission, he thought might not get it. He works outside of school, of course. Now he's not sure if he should put it on application or just deny it completely, like some applicants managed to do successfully. He did pay taxes and filed tax returns, a lot of taxes. Will he be denied GC?
