Hi, I am US Citizen. My spouse is on H1. We hold driving license from different states. We dated for almost 1.5 year. Got married in US. We work and live in different cities. We visited each other before and after marriage. What should be the answer to the following question in I-130: "If filing for your spouse, give last address at which you lived together"

You can leave that blank if you're filing I-130 without the I-485. Then start living together. Designate one of your residences as the marital home, change some bills and statements to go there, piut both names on the lease if possible, and change one of your driver's licenses so both are at the same address. Once all of that is in place, go ahead with the I-485.
 
GC for Spouse: Which address to specify?

Hi, I am US Citizen. My spouse is on H1B. We hold driving license from different states. We dated for almost 1.5 year. We work and live in different cities. We visited each other before and after marriage.

We recently got married in US in my residing state. I have added my spouse's name to my rental lease, banking account etc in my residing state. Now, I am wondering what should be the address for my spouse in I-485 form.

Obviously, our intention is to live together in my residing state and it will be also our permanent address now and in future. I also prefer giving my residing address for communication, biometric, interview etc.

But it is not about what I prefer, I would like to do what is RIGHT. The question is can I just give my address in all I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131.. etc etc forms?
