GC for son of USC to come help elderly parent

Hello All,

I've been looking on the Government websites but I can't find any mention of an expedited GC for the son (or daughter) of a USC to come live with an elderly parent, to look after them. Yet I'm sure I read about this once.

Can anybody point me to the right link, or perhaps tell me what the conditions are? Or was I dreaming?
