GC for Parents

I am currently on GC and will be eligible to apply for USC in 2009.

Can I apply for my parents' CG while waiting to be eligible for my USC? :confused: or Do they have to wait until I become US citizen?
 
I think you answer your own question.

Only US citizens can apply for parents, meaning that you must be a US citizen first. You must give supportive documents when you petition for somebody anyway. So yes, your parents must wait.

You answered it yourself. You cannot file GC for your parents at this point. You can only do it when you become a USC.
