My parents have a 10 yr visitors visa stamped and keep travelling to US for six month durations.
I have received my citizenship and want to apply for their GC.
1) Can they keep visiting US in the period their GC application is pending?
2) Can I apply from an alternate address - which is not my home address? (say another relative's) - that is to say it will be different from what is on my IT returns and other official docs.
3) What kind of medical benefits will they receive once they get their GCs? (they will be in CA)
