My parents have a 10 yr visitors visa stamped and keep travelling to US for six month durations.
I have received my citizenship and want to apply for their GC.
Should I file for their GC in India or here?
If I need to do it here - should I first call them here and then apply?
Once the GC application is filed can they keep visiting US in the period their GC application is pending?
