I am a US citizen and my mom is on visitor visa since Oct 2019. I have applied for visa extension I-539 in march 2020 which is still pending.
I want to file her GC but in light of Presidential Executive order , does it mean I can't apply for GC ?
Secondly
My birth certificate does not have her name . Can form I 130 be filed without proof of relationship and can be provided at a later date ?(DNA evidence)
Can I 485 be filed without medical certificate and be provided at a later date ?
