My sis had pending 485 through her job,she is on H1B now.
Last months her husband got GC through his mother ( applied when he was single ). They got married after he got his EAD last yr as per advice by his lawyr but didnot apply with him.
Now if her husband apply for her , how long it will take her to have GC ? Her job related GC - we don't know how long it willbe. even though she is not from india. but her PD is very recent.
Any advice will be very much appreciated.
