GC for my mother!? how??

I want to get GC for my mother but how do I start with the app. paperwork, etc.? shes been here for more then 22 years and has had no problems with the law at all. i reeally need some help here thanks godbless

Are you a US citizen? How did she enter the US -- legally with a visa?
