I just got my US Citizenship, I want to apply GC for my mom, she will be here next month and I want to fill the application once she is here. I have few questions.
Q1. How much time it takes in San Francisco for
a) Getting the GC
b) FP
c) EAD
d) Advance Parole
Q2. Can she go back to India once the application is filled and visit back?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
