GC for my brother

I want to apply for GC for my brother, he is married and his kids are 14 and 11 yrs old. What do I need to apply for his GC and how long does it take? Do i need to apply for him and his kids? Do I need to file I 130; anything else with this? and what about his kids...do they all be on the same form?

You file one I-130 and list his wife and kids on that I-130. You will need your BC, your Brother's BC with atleast one common parent in them proving a sibling relationship along with your proof of USC, either a copy of Nat'z Cert or a copy of a US Passport with appropriate filing fee.
