I have a couple questions about applying for a green card for my spouse.
As of Nov. 29, 2002, my stay in the States as a resident is 5 years. As you know, I can apply for citizenship 90 days before the date.
My husband-to-be is Canadian and he wants to stay in the States.
Now, do you think I'd rather wait for his GC until I get my citizenship, or just apply for it until my citizenship is finalized?
In a couple of months, I will marry but I'm not sure which way is better.
The second question is that I have two kids under my custody.
When can I apply for N-600 for my two kids? At the same time when I apply for my citizenship? or after I become a citizen?
Thank you for you help in advance!!
Jennie
