GC for a future job -Please help
Hi Gurus,
Thinking that GC is for a future job, I applied through a company which I want to join
after stamping and now in I485 stage ND
ct\'00. But now a days many RFEs are for w-2\'s and
paystubs. Can I answer it with current
paystubs (Currently on H1 for a different company other than my sponsor)and
letter of offer for employment from the sponsor.Does my case stand a chance ??
Gurus please help me. Because of the current market conditions my sponsor is saying
that he will hire me only after getting the GC. Is that Ok as GC is for a future job?
Cant afford to loose GC as close to six years on H1. Thanks to everyone providing
excellent information on this site.Please advise me.
