GC filing, wife's name

Hi,

I got married to a US citizen and I am about to file my paperwork, on my marriage certificate my wife changed her last name to my last name. Except our marriage certificate, all her documents(birth certificate,passport, driving license) has her previous last name. So, which last name i use (her marriage certificate last name or her passport/Birthcerticiate last name or it does'nt matter)?

Your wife changed her name after marriage then it will become her new legal last name. You will have to use her new last name.
