Hi,
My company has applied for Labor in Mar 2005 and my case is struck in the backlog center.My VISA is upto May 2006 (6 years). If I change the company now and if they are ready to file new GC for me after few months, will I have the eligibility as the available VISA period will be less than 365 days.
Kindly advice.
