My employer asks me to pay some 8000 $ for GC process with some other expenses for medical etc.
My question is how much amount on average is paid by employer in most companies and how much employee pay for GC and how much is total expense.
Secondly, during GC process do we need documents in some specific format. And is the evaluation process more scrutinized than H1 process. I already beared AFU wait. Will they go thru AFU again and my employer's on spot check etc. If so which phase of GC has this verification process and after how much time after application start.
