I have worked for this small company (outsourcing company) for like 7 years, they sponsored me a GC and I recently got it (EB2)
the problem is that I don't really have much communication with them, since during those 7 years I've been contracted/outsourced to another company.
so, for some reasons I started to do a research about what to do after getting the GC and
I found out that I need to re-verify my status using form i-9
and also update my job title and salary according to the ETA 9089.
if someone can guide me I appreciate it, if I'm missing something.
also the salary for the prevailing wage is a bit higher and I find difficulties to get my employer to pay that salary.
because they say that client rate is not enough to raise my salary, but I'm worried to not be in compliance to
the actual ETA9089, the process was genuine and salary is not bad but I don't know if that can cause me problems.
any advice?
