GC Employer Change Questions Before Labour Approval !!!

Hi:

The Queries are :

I changed my employer E1, with whom I'd filed my GC labour still in process, I had to switch employer from E1 to E2 on economic grounds.

E1 is kind enough to continue with the GC, by virtue of which I can file I-140/485 etc, E2 is also ready to file the GC.

1) At what stage should do I join E1 to be safe ?
(after filing 485/anytime before 485 gets approved)

2) If I don't join E1, can the Gc be cancelled upon approval?

Apply for I-140/I-485 & Join then for couple of months.. One you pass 6 months of I-485 receipt, Use AC-21 (Portability) to change job back to E2..

& Also to be safe apply labor from E2...
