GC during residency

Hello, What are the strategies for someone to get/apply for a greencard during residency for someone on h-1b besides applying based on research based GC (EB-1/ NIW)? I have a full unrestricted licensure in a state, but I am still 3 years away from finishing my residency. How easy/difficult is it to get a GC based on a future job? Is the USCIS suspicious for GC based on future employment not being bonafide jobs? How easy is it to find a willing sponsor? do I really have to work at the same place if I get my greencard during the residency? Anybody here done this sucessfully please comment.

You have to fulfill the criteria specified on the job description on the day the labor cert is filed (or for a research job, the day the NIW or EA petition is filed).
