GC Documents at old lawyer.

Our GC is approved and original documents are sent to old company lawyer.
Will she provide them to us with no problems or we have to money to her or something like that.

By law (FIOA), your lawyer is supposed to provide you the copies of all the originals or documents she have. They cannot refuse that. But whether she is going to give you originals - that's between you and her.

Actually FOIA is between government and you, not lawyer and you. You can get your passports stamped just with the courtesy approval notice, don't need the actual approval notice.
