GC Card "Resident Since" date

Hi,

I received my GC Card yesterday in the mail. I received the GC thru my spouse who is an US citizen. The interesting thing is, the "Resident Since" says 9/10/2000, the interview took place on 9/10/2002, this is the date I got my passport stamped.

Is this an error? the resident since date being from 2 yrs ago.
