GC Card - How do you get a Duplicate ?

Hi, I would really appreciate if someone an help mw with info. How to get a duplicate GC. My wife and I received our GCs 4 months after stamping passports. However, my gaughter, who got her stamp at the same time did not receive her card. It has been 8 months now. What can I do to get a new card or inform the CSC that I did not get the card ? Pls. help. Thanks very much.

stamping after 485 approval??

Hi,
I got my approval notice yesterday. I am planning to go to SanFrancisco to get passport stamped for me and my wife. What documents should I take with me?
Are there any particular things to be very careful about?
