GC card holder sponsoring his brother to visit

Hi,
I am a GC holder and would like to invite my brother and his family to visit me and tour the US. Can I do that? I know it is easy to sponsor parents to visit but I am not sure if we can sponsor brother or sister.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

I heard that your brother needs to show his intent to return. Examples are owning real estates, current business or employment etc.
