I am working for Company A currently. They are not willing to sponsor my GC by PERM. Can i ask Co. B to start processing my GC while I continue to work for Company A (maybe jump to Company C when GC is under processing)?
1. What are some of the concerns/issues to be kept in mind?
2. At what point of GC process do I need to start working for Co. B and after how long can I make a switch from B?
3. Are there any complications with this method?
