GC aproval date back up possibility??

Hello there,

I have been married to a USC, for more then three years now however due to the pending name check, my GC has been aproved just a couple of months ago after I filed WOM. Any possibility that I can file another law suit to back up my GC approval date so I be iligible to apply for the citizenship? If so how?

Are there anyone who is in the similar situation? and have the same frustation?
